Bem nessa postagem venho lhes mostrar a importância que se tem de querer chegar a perfeição, muitos dizem que é impossível chegar à ela, pode até ser, mas somente os fortes, os mais determinados que conseguem se aproximar a ela.

Aquele que é o primeiro a chegar no treino e é o último a sair, deve ser você.

Aquele que treina independentemente que esteja fazendo chuva, sol, dia ou noite, deve ser você.

Aquele que não liga para que os outros falam e continua seguindo em frente, deve ser você.

Aquele que acredita no seu potencial e na sua força de vontade, deve ser você.

Lembre-se, nada nunca está bom, sempre tem que melhorar, principalmente você.

Well I've been posting this to show them the importance that has to want to get to perfection, many say it is impossible to get to it, may be, but only the strong, the more certain they can get closer to it. 

Whoever is the first to arrive at practice and is the last to leave, you should be. 

That training regardless who is making rain, sun, day or night, you should be. 

One who does not care what others say and continues moving forward, you should be. 

He who believes in your potential and your willpower, you should be. 

Remember, nothing is never good, always have to improve, especially you.
